Seems like we were nickel and dimed for everything. I can see that becoming very expensive very quickly. Since we were only there for two days (pne night), we didn't feel the need to tack on any of the extras like MagicQuest and things like that. VALUE - even though we visited on a more expensive time of year, we still found it to be a good value, since we are a family of 6 and the room rate included admission to the waterpark for everyone, including life vests so we didn't have to travel with our own. This is a HUGE thing for me, so I was very happy! As this was our first time staying there, I can't say whether our room was renovated or not, but it was clean, comfortable, and well kept. CLEANLINESS - We found all areas of the resort to be very clean! The room, the public areas, the restrooms, and the waterpark were all very clean. Frozen drinks weren't great, though, because it's so warm inside that they separate very quickly. They had a few decent beers on tap which was really nice. The snacks in the waterpark were ok and more reasonably priced. Next time we'll just hit the Dunkin Donuts inside instead. FOOD - The breakfast buffet was VERY expensive for the quality I thought. One of our travel buddies got a prank phone call from within the report at 3:00 AM from a teenager in another room. It also meant there were older, unattended kids running through the halls at night. We had to weave through a maze of distracted people watching the talking characters to just get to the buffet entrance.

This makes the lobby extremely congested and loud. CROWDS - The hotel was basically packed full.
